With a minimum of 5 years in a senior tax role, you have a deep understanding of domestic and international income tax compliance, particularly in relation to ASC 740 tax accounting. Your expertise in technology and marketplace tax complexities allows you to navigate the evolving regulatory landscape effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at scaling tax processes to support business growth.

You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using tax compliance tools such as OneSource and CorpTax. Your experience with Oracle and NetSuite enhances your ability to manage tax data efficiently. You are detail-oriented and have a proven track record of leading tax provision processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all aspects of tax reporting.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provision processes, overseeing the preparation, review, and disclosure of tax provisions. You will ensure compliance with domestic and international tax regulations, working closely with cross-functional teams to align tax strategies with business objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in managing the tax compliance calendar and ensuring timely filings.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing tax policies and procedures that support the company's growth while minimizing tax risks. Collaborating with finance and accounting teams, you will provide guidance on tax implications for various business initiatives and transactions. Your ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly will be essential in advising stakeholders across the organization.

As a Temporary Tax Director, you will monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company's operations.
