You have a strong background in recruitment, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment — you thrive on the challenge of identifying and attracting top talent to support organizational growth. Your ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates is exceptional, allowing you to effectively manage expectations and deliver results. You are detail-oriented and possess a deep understanding of various roles within the organization, enabling you to design effective sourcing and assessment strategies. You are passionate about creating a positive candidate experience and are committed to elevating recruitment practices across the company. You understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in the hiring process and actively seek to promote these values in your work.

Desirable

Experience in a tech or e-commerce environment would be a plus, as would familiarity with innovative recruitment tools and techniques. You are adaptable and open to learning new methods to enhance your recruitment strategies. A background in executive recruiting is also desirable, as you will be involved in hiring for senior positions within the company.
