Associate, Catalog operation (商品頁營運管理專員)

Who you are

You have a keen interest in data analysis and are familiar with Excel, which will help you in managing product listings effectively. Your experience in seller or customer service roles has equipped you with the skills to understand and address seller needs. You possess a deep understanding of e-commerce business models, which will be crucial in your role at Coupang. If you have additional language skills, such as English or Korean, that would be a plus, as it can enhance communication with diverse teams. Experience with customer support platforms like Zendesk will also be beneficial in this position.

What you'll do

In this role, you will analyze the root causes of seller-reported issues related to product listings. You will optimize the customer shopping experience by setting up Buybox for key products and supporting special project executions. You will collaborate with various teams to propose system improvements to prevent recurring issues. Following established processes and guidelines, you will independently manage tasks and provide accurate guidance to sellers based on standard operating procedures. Your role will also involve some remote work, with occasional requirements to be present in the Taipei office as per company arrangements.
