Google is seeking a Senior Field Sales Representative to drive cloud solutions for startups. You'll leverage your experience in B2B sales and account management to build customer relationships and influence executives. This role requires fluency in English and Czech.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 7 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company. Your background includes prospecting and building strong customer relationships, and you are fluent in both English and Czech to effectively engage with the local market.
Your experience includes selling cloud solutions, infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software specifically to startups or digital native organizations. You have a proven track record of aligning solutions to drive business outcomes and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and partners during implementations and negotiations.
You possess strong skills in commercial and legal negotiations, collaborating with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams. Your ability to work with Customer Engineers and customers' technical leads allows you to inventory software estates, define migration plans, and build compelling migration business cases. You excel at cultivating C-level relationships and influencing executives, demonstrating a passion for building Greenfield territories.
In this role, you will be part of the Google Cloud Platform team, helping customers transform and build what's next for their businesses using cloud technology. You will manage complex business cycles, presenting to C-level executives and negotiating terms to maximize business impact within startup customers. Your responsibilities will include driving business development, owning operational excellence at scale, and accurately forecasting to achieve strategic goals.
You will work cross-functionally with multiple teams and Google Partners, ensuring that you maximize the impact of your efforts within the startup ecosystem. Your role will require you to lead customers through the entire business cycle, from initial engagement to successful implementation of cloud solutions. You will be expected to leverage your expertise in cloud sales to identify opportunities and drive growth in your assigned territory.
