As a Lot Attendant, you are self-motivated and take pride in ensuring that vehicles are presented in their best condition. You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. You are eager to learn and grow within the automotive retail industry, contributing to a culture of customer satisfaction and teamwork.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at Carvana's Market Hubs. This includes washing and vacuuming all inventory on a regular basis, ensuring that each vehicle is inspected for any mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns. You will complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, checking fuel levels, safety features, and conducting drivability tests. Your coordination with fellow employees will be crucial to ensure timely deliveries and the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to participate in Carvana's performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides merit opportunities for pay increases every 90 days based on your performance.

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with the potential to increase to $18/hr within your first year based on performance.
