KnowBe4 is hiring a Customer Success Intern to support their cybersecurity initiatives. You'll engage with customers and help enhance their security culture. This role requires fluency in Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.
You are a motivated individual looking to start your career in customer success within the cybersecurity industry. You possess strong communication skills and are fluent in either Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese, enabling you to connect effectively with a diverse customer base. Experience in customer service or support roles is a plus, but not required. As a Customer Success Intern at KnowBe4, you will assist the customer success team in onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a positive experience with our AI-driven Human Risk Management platform. You will help facilitate training sessions and provide support to customers as they implement our security awareness training programs. Your role will involve gathering feedback from customers to help improve our offerings and enhance user satisfaction. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve customer engagement strategies.
In addition to direct customer interactions, you will have the opportunity to learn about the cybersecurity landscape and how KnowBe4 positions itself as a trusted partner in security. You will work closely with various departments, including sales and product development, to ensure that customer needs are met and that they receive the best possible service. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the operations of a leading cybersecurity company and help you develop skills that are essential for a successful career in customer success.
