Google is seeking a YouTube Sales Specialist to drive advertising sales in the Dutch market. You'll create customer-facing materials and develop marketing strategies around YouTube and video. This role requires fluency in English and Dutch, along with experience in advertising sales.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 3 years of experience creating customer-facing materials for sales teams. Your background includes 3 years in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media, with a strong understanding of consumer and market insights, media measurement, and the privacy landscape. You are fluent in English and Dutch, which is essential for this client-facing role in the Dutch market. You have experience working with large local or global brands and their media agencies, along with deep local knowledge of the AV/TV and digital video landscape. Your strong commercial skills and experience with reach-based selling enable you to develop and grow senior-level relationships with advertisers and agencies. You excel at managing multiple projects with a range of internal and external stakeholders simultaneously and possess strong presentation and stakeholder management skills. Your track record includes a local network in the Netherlands and successfully closing significant media agreements.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue development for a subset of advertisers, working seamlessly with account owners and teams. You will design, deliver, and implement mid to long-term advertiser marketing and media strategies around YouTube, focusing on awareness, reach, and consideration. You will collaborate cross-functionally to help develop scalable advertising solutions around YouTube and video, including scalable activities and events. Your passion for sales and knowledge of online media will be crucial as you maximize customer success. You will act like an owner, moving with velocity through change and finding innovative and strategic ways to deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and your customers. Building trusted relationships with customers will be a key part of your success in this role.
