You have a proven track record of managing engineering teams and fostering a culture of autonomy and growth. With a strong technical vision, you are actively involved in building software and solving customer problems. You excel in coaching your engineers and Technical Leads, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles. Your experience includes working effectively across Product Managers and Technical Leads to cultivate a strong product vision for your teams. You are curious about technology and people, and you focus on setting up your teams for long-term success. You understand the importance of mentoring and providing feedback to help your team members thrive.

What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Flywheel Sales Agents, you will oversee two teams of engineers dedicated to building AI-enabled products that enhance HubSpot's Sales team capabilities. You will be responsible for the mission, direction, and alignment of your teams, ensuring they are equipped to solve customer problems effectively. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Technical Leads to implement the product vision and drive technical improvements. Your role will involve regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss their career development and performance. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for process improvements and technical advancements within your teams. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a productive and healthy team environment where engineers feel empowered to innovate and contribute.
