Overview

Dandy is seeking a Clinical Support Trainer & CX Expert to drive clinical adoption and customer excellence in the dental industry. You'll deliver high-impact training and support to clinicians, ensuring successful adoption of digital workflows. This role requires expertise in clinical support and training methodologies.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in clinical support and training, ideally within the healthcare or dental industry. Your experience includes delivering high-impact training sessions and providing expert guidance on complex clinical issues. You are skilled in coaching and mentoring clinicians, helping them to adopt new technologies and workflows confidently. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are comfortable with travel for in-practice training. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders is one of your key strengths, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clinicians and their teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering localized, high-impact onboarding sessions that build clinician confidence with scanning and digital workflows. You will observe workflows in practice and provide real-time coaching to reinforce best practices and elevate scan quality. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving technical clinical issues, ensuring that practices receive the support they need to succeed. You will collaborate closely with the market launch team to shape customer success and market readiness, playing a vital role in the long-term digital adoption of Dandy's solutions.
