Integration Engineer, Professional Services

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Professional Services team to plan and execute integration engineering projects from high-level architecture down to code implementation. You will lead strategic conversations with clients, helping them understand how to leverage Stripe's technology to transform their payments and financial infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include driving client engagement and ensuring successful outcomes that contribute to revenue growth for the Professional Services team.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients during the integration process, guiding them through technical discussions and providing ongoing support. Your role will involve educating users and the developer community about Stripe's offerings, sharing best practices, and keeping them informed about new technical developments. You will also work on high-visibility projects that require a deep understanding of both product features and API architecture, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and expertise.
