What you'll do

Your role will involve working closely with the Reporting and Analytics Team, which includes business analysts, engineers, and Salesforce developers. You will tackle projects ranging from anomaly detection to retention prediction, utilizing your skills in Python and SQL to manipulate and analyze data. You will also create visualizations using Tableau to present your findings to stakeholders, helping them understand complex data in a digestible format. Your contributions will directly impact the customer experience and drive growth for the company. You will be expected to manage your own projects, ensuring that you meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in your work.
