Xometry is seeking a Vice President of Sales, Key Accounts to drive revenue growth and manage strategic partnerships. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in account management.

You have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, particularly in managing key accounts with significant revenue potential. With over 10 years of experience in sales and account management, you excel at developing strategic relationships with high-value clients. Your ability to lead and mentor a team is complemented by your strong analytical skills, allowing you to forecast sales and identify growth opportunities effectively. You are adept at navigating complex organizational structures and establishing executive-level relationships with key decision-makers. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive significant revenue growth within Xometry's portfolio of key accounts. You will lead a dedicated team of account managers, providing them with the guidance and support they need to meet and exceed sales targets. Your focus will be on building and maintaining strong, strategic partnerships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue potential. You will develop and implement strategic account plans for key accounts, focusing on long-term growth and partnership. Additionally, you will identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand Xometry's footprint within these strategic partnerships, leveraging your industry knowledge and insights to drive success.
