Senior MLOps

Who you are

You have 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, MLOps Engineer, or ML Engineer, demonstrating a strong foundation in machine learning principles and practices. Your expertise in Python for data-related tasks spans over 3 years, allowing you to handle complex data manipulations and analyses with ease. You possess a solid understanding of SQL, having worked with it for at least 2 years, which enables you to efficiently query and manage databases. Your knowledge of machine learning and statistics theory is robust, providing you with the theoretical background necessary to tackle real-world problems. You have practical experience across the full MLOps lifecycle, including model delivery, deployment, monitoring, testing, and maintenance in production environments. Your hands-on experience with ML models, including regression, classification, and clustering, has equipped you to define business problems and lead them through training, validation, and deployment phases. You are proficient in collaborative development using Git, employing effective branching strategies to manage code changes. Additionally, you have solid experience with cloud services for developing and integrating solutions, with Google Cloud being a notable plus. Your fluency in English and strong communication skills enable you to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.

Desirable

Exposure to LLMs and Generative AI frameworks, such as Vector Databases, LlamaIndex, LangChain, and LangGraph, would be advantageous but not mandatory.

What you'll do

In your role as a Senior MLOps Engineer at NEORIS, you will be responsible for managing the entire MLOps lifecycle, ensuring that machine learning models are effectively delivered and deployed. You will collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to define business problems and translate them into actionable ML solutions. Your expertise will guide the development of ML pipelines, adhering to best practices in MLOps to ensure reliability and scalability. You will monitor model performance in production, implementing necessary adjustments to maintain optimal functionality. Your role will also involve testing and validating models to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices within the team, sharing your knowledge and insights to foster a culture of learning and innovation. Additionally, you will engage in collaborative development efforts, utilizing Git for version control and code management. Your experience with cloud services will be instrumental in integrating solutions and deploying models in cloud environments.
