Vana is seeking an HR Business Partner to implement strategic people initiatives and enhance employee experience. You'll work closely with leaders to drive a high-performance culture and require strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
You have a strong background in human resources, ideally with experience as an HR Business Partner. You possess analytical skills that allow you to make informed decisions regarding talent management and employee engagement. Your ability to influence and lead without direct authority is crucial, as you will be working closely with various leaders across the organization. You are service-oriented and understand the importance of fostering a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. You are familiar with HR digital tools such as ATS, HRIS, and LMS, which will aid you in executing your responsibilities effectively.
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to assigned areas, understanding their talent needs and challenges. You will provide guidance to leaders on performance management, workplace climate, conflict resolution, and employee development. Leading key processes in the employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, performance evaluations, and internal promotions, will be part of your responsibilities. You will analyze HR metrics and prepare management reports to support decision-making processes. Additionally, you will execute initiatives related to culture, engagement, and internal communication across the assigned regions. Ensuring the proper implementation of HR policies and processes in business units will be essential. You will also participate in strategic HR projects, including cultural transformation and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Vana offers an attractive salary and benefits in accordance with local laws. You will work a Monday to Friday schedule and may be required to travel within the western region of Guatemala.
