Overview

Zscaler is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer to drive customer engagement and support the sales team in delivering cloud security solutions. This role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales engineering, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a technical sales role. You understand the complexities of cybersecurity and can articulate the value of cloud security solutions to customers. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build trust and rapport with clients and internal teams alike. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are driven by a desire to help customers succeed. You are comfortable working remotely and can manage your time effectively to meet customer needs across different time zones.

Desirable

Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud technologies and solutions. You may have a technical background in IT or engineering, which helps you understand the technical aspects of the solutions you are selling. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how Zscaler's solutions can meet their needs. You will conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations, showcasing the capabilities of our cloud-native Zero Trust Exchange platform. You will also collaborate with the engineering and product teams to provide feedback from customers, helping to shape future product development. Your role will involve responding to RFPs and assisting in the preparation of technical documentation. You will be a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions.
