Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales and business development, ideally with experience in the food and beverage industry. Your ability to build relationships with local business owners is key — you understand their challenges and are passionate about providing solutions that help them thrive. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to identify new opportunities for growth. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. You are adaptable and can navigate the dynamic landscape of small business operations, ensuring that you meet and exceed revenue targets. You are committed to the mission of supporting small businesses and are excited to represent Odeko in your community.

Desirable

Experience in the coffee shop or cafe industry is a plus, as is familiarity with technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency. A background in customer success or account management would also be beneficial, as you will be responsible for onboarding and supporting new clients. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be engaging with a variety of stakeholders, from independent shop owners to internal teams.

What you'll do

As a Market Manager at Odeko, you will be the revenue leader in Atlanta, responsible for achieving monthly revenue goals through new customer acquisition and growing existing accounts. You will secure the commitment of independent coffee shop owners and successfully onboard them to Odeko’s local supply delivery service. You will leverage Odeko’s data-driven prospect database to develop new client relationships that drive high-speed growth. Your role will involve regular outreach to potential clients, conducting presentations, and demonstrating the value of Odeko’s platform. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support to help them maximize their use of the platform. You will also collaborate with marketing to develop strategies that resonate with local business owners and drive engagement. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet revenue targets and foster long-term relationships with clients.

What we offer

Odeko offers a competitive salary and the opportunity for equity in a growing company. You will be part of a diverse and inclusive team that is dedicated to supporting small businesses in your community. We provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities. You will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on local businesses and contribute to a mission that you can be proud of. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement — we value diverse perspectives and are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve.
