QA/QMS Lead

Who you are

You have a strong background in quality assurance and quality management systems, with a proven track record of leading QA initiatives. Your experience includes designing and implementing ISO 9001-compliant processes, ensuring that quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle. You thrive in a hands-on leadership role, capable of architecting modern QA programs from the ground up. You are comfortable moving fluidly between technical tasks, such as writing automation frameworks, and presenting audit findings to leadership. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication, working closely with engineering teams, product management, and operations to drive quality improvements.

Desirable

Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement, always seeking ways to enhance quality processes and outcomes. Your ability to mentor and guide team members in best practices for quality assurance will be invaluable in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain quality management processes that align with ISO 9001 standards. You will lead efforts to establish a robust QA program that enhances the quality of our R&D and Cloud product operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that quality is prioritized at every stage of the development lifecycle. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence in test automation, developing frameworks that improve testing efficiency and effectiveness. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of quality within the organization, where team members are empowered to take ownership of quality in their work.

You will also conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established quality standards, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Your insights will help shape the strategic direction of quality initiatives within the company. You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our processes.
