ABBYY is seeking a QA/QMS Lead to build and scale quality management capabilities across R&D and Cloud product operations. You'll focus on establishing ISO 9001-compliant processes and driving technical excellence in test automation. This role requires hands-on leadership and expertise in quality assurance.
You have a strong background in quality assurance and quality management systems, with a proven track record of leading QA initiatives. Your experience includes designing and implementing ISO 9001-compliant processes, ensuring that quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle. You thrive in a hands-on leadership role, capable of architecting modern QA programs from the ground up. You are comfortable moving fluidly between technical tasks, such as writing automation frameworks, and presenting audit findings to leadership. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication, working closely with engineering teams, product management, and operations to drive quality improvements.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement, always seeking ways to enhance quality processes and outcomes. Your ability to mentor and guide team members in best practices for quality assurance will be invaluable in this role.
