What you'll do

As an Applied Scientist at Amazon, you will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable GenAI, NLP, and Computer Vision solutions that impact the content visible to millions of customers. You will work on developing novel LLMs and deep learning techniques for task automation, text processing, image processing, pattern recognition, and anomaly detection. Your role will involve defining research objectives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance customer experience.

You will engage in foundational ML research, focusing on creating scalable solutions that address key customer experience issues. Your work will involve analyzing complex data sets and developing algorithms that improve the overall customer journey, from selection and discoverability to fulfillment and post-buying experiences.

You will collaborate closely with other scientists and engineers to ensure that the solutions you develop are robust and effective. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of Amazon's product data and customer interactions.
