Snowflake is hiring a Solutions Engineer to solve complex customer problems and support sales cycles. You'll work closely with sales teams and provide demonstrations of Snowflake technology. This role requires a blend of technical and business acumen.
You have a strong background in technical sales or solutions engineering, with experience in presenting technology solutions to both technical and executive audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles. Your ability to understand customer needs and articulate the value of technology is key to your success. You are adaptable and willing to jump into various tasks to drive results. You have a passion for technology and a desire to help customers achieve their goals with innovative solutions.
Experience with database technologies or cloud solutions is a plus. Familiarity with competitive technologies and the ability to position Snowflake effectively in the market will enhance your contributions. A background in enterprise sales or customer success can also be beneficial in this role.
In this role, you will work directly with the sales team and channel partners to understand customer needs and strategize on winning sales cycles. You will present Snowflake's technology and vision to executives and technical contributors, demonstrating the value of our solutions throughout the sales process. Your responsibilities will include conducting compelling value-based demonstrations, supporting enterprise Proof of Concepts, and ultimately helping to close business. You will immerse yourself in the evolving industry landscape, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies to effectively position Snowflake.
You will collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and that solutions are tailored to their specific needs. Your role will involve hands-on engagement with prospects and customers, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring a smooth transition to using Snowflake's technology. You will also contribute to the development of sales strategies and materials that highlight the unique advantages of Snowflake's offerings.
