Celonis is seeking a Senior Client Value Partner (CVP) to lead enterprise-scale transformation programs in the Utilities & Energy industry. You'll act as a strategic advisor to clients, driving value realization through data-driven strategies. This role requires strong leadership and experience in influencing C-level executives.
You are a strategic leader with a proven track record in the Utilities and Energy industry, possessing the ability to influence C-level executives and drive complex transformation programs. With a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach, you excel in orchestrating cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business outcomes. Your executive presence and vision enable you to shape multi-year transformation strategies while diving into processes and validating insights. You are passionate about championing innovation and elevating customer maturity, guiding clients to become Lighthouse references.
You bring extensive experience in value engineering and understand the intricacies of data-driven transformation. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and remove execution barriers sets you apart as a leader in your field. You thrive in environments where you can leverage AI and data to unlock productivity and drive growth.
Experience in SaaS firms and familiarity with process intelligence technology will be advantageous. A background in consulting or enterprise sales can also enhance your candidacy, as you will be expected to engage with various stakeholders across the organization.
As a Client Value Partner at Celonis, you will lead enterprise-scale transformation programs, acting as the primary executive advisor for our most strategic customers. You will spearhead the Value Engineering function across your accounts, ensuring that Celonis’ platform capabilities translate into tangible business outcomes. Your role will involve orchestrating cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Services, Sales, and Solution Specialists, to drive value realization.
You will be responsible for shaping and executing multi-year transformation strategies, diving deep into processes to validate insights and business cases. Your leadership will be critical in championing innovation and guiding customers through their transformation journeys. You will elevate customer maturity and ensure that they achieve long-term value from their partnership with Celonis.
