Everlane is hiring a Site Merchandising Specialist (Contract) to manage and optimize product detail pages and enhance the customer shopping experience. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in Ecommerce and digital merchandising.
You are a recent graduate with 1–2 years of experience or relevant coursework in Ecommerce or digital merchandising. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging online shopping experiences. You understand the importance of customer insights and are eager to learn best practices in site merchandising. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with teams across merchandising, product, engineering, data, creative, and marketing to represent the brand effectively. You are adaptable and ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a commitment to ethical and sustainable practices.
As a Site Merchandising Specialist at Everlane, you will be responsible for building, updating, and optimizing Product Detail Pages (PDPs) to ensure they accurately reflect product descriptions, compelling imagery, and key benefits. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance the overall site merchandising strategy, ensuring that customers can easily find and understand the products available. You will analyze customer behavior and feedback to continuously improve the shopping experience, making data-driven decisions to optimize site performance. You will also assist in managing Collection Pages, ensuring they align with the brand's positioning and showcase products effectively. Your role will involve staying updated on ecommerce trends and best practices to contribute to the team's success.
Everlane offers a contract position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs. The compensation for this role ranges from $28/hr to $40.50/hr, reflecting the San Francisco geographic area.
