Restaurant365 is hiring a Support Specialist for their Workforce team to assist Payroll clients. You'll collaborate with sales and implementation teams to ensure a positive client experience. This role requires strong attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills.

You have a proven track record of great attention to detail and the ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks and projects. Your technical know-how and interpersonal communication skills are key to your success in this role. You possess a strong sense of initiative and a drive to get the job done well, ensuring that clients receive a delightful experience with Payroll. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales teams, implementation managers, and third-party partners to support Payroll clients effectively.

What you'll do

As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Payroll clients. You will work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and ensure that they are met. Your role will involve collaborating with implementation managers to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients. You will also engage with third-party partners to resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring that clients have a seamless experience. Your attention to detail will be critical as you manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, always striving to enhance client satisfaction.
