Who you are

You are a recent graduate from a four-year university with a strong foundation in hardware engineering principles. You have a keen interest in FPGA technology and are eager to tackle challenging problems in the aerospace sector. Your academic projects or internships have provided you with hands-on experience in RTL development and digital design. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that impact satellite communications. You are committed to continuous learning and are open to feedback to enhance your skills further.

What you'll do

As an FPGA Associate at Astranis, you will engage in RTL development for satellite systems, working closely with experienced engineers to design and test hardware that will be deployed in space. You will participate in the entire development lifecycle, from initial concept through to testing and validation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the hardware meets stringent performance and reliability standards. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to software integration efforts, gaining valuable experience in both hardware and software domains. Throughout your twelve-week associate position, you will be encouraged to take ownership of your projects and present your findings to the team, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.
