You have 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong background in developing financial models and conducting performance metrics. You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze operational efficiency and identify cost optimization opportunities. Your analytical skills allow you to provide valuable insights that drive decision-making and improve customer experience. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to financial planning and analysis. You understand the importance of maintaining a focus on customer experience while optimizing costs. You are proactive in developing scorecards and metrics to track financial and operational performance, ensuring that leadership is well-informed.
In this role, you will support financial planning and analysis for customer operations functions, including the development of financial models and forecasting processes.
