As the GTM Strategy & Operations Lead for Block in Japan, you will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy that fuels our growth in the region. You will partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Finance leadership to establish priorities and build scalable motions that drive market penetration. You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine our offerings and ensure they meet the evolving needs of our sellers. Your role will involve setting clear objectives and key results (OKRs) for the team, tracking progress, and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. You will lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and improve the overall customer experience. Additionally, you will represent Block in key strategic discussions and negotiations with partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
