Mixpanel is seeking a Partnerships Manager to enhance its presence in the APAC region. You'll drive the sales, marketing, and development lifecycle of the Solution Partner program. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
You have a proven track record in partnership management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships with Solution and Technology Partners, and you have a knack for strategic thinking and execution. Your ability to work cross-functionally across teams such as sales, marketing, and enablement is essential, as you will be the bridge connecting these departments to achieve common goals. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies and decisions, ensuring that Mixpanel's partnerships are not only effective but also aligned with the company's growth objectives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating the complexities of regional markets in APAC.
Experience in the analytics or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with Mixpanel's platform. You should be adept at recruitment and onboarding processes for partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent Mixpanel's offerings. Strong communication skills are vital, as you will be presenting strategies and updates to various stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for directing Mixpanel's Solution Partner strategy in APAC. This includes identifying potential partners, recruiting them, and managing the onboarding process to ensure they are fully integrated into Mixpanel's ecosystem. You will drive the activation and relationship management of these partners, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. Your role will also involve collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to create joint go-to-market strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. You will monitor the performance of partnerships and use data analytics to assess their impact on customer retention and revenue growth. Additionally, you will work closely with Technology Partners to execute Mixpanel's platform strategy, ensuring that all partnerships align with the company's overall objectives and market positioning.
