What you'll do

As the Drone Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the commercial operations at our drone delivery hubs. This includes managing the fulfillment center operations, ensuring that inbound and outbound processes run smoothly. You will be responsible for the maintenance of drones and spare parts, ensuring that all equipment is operational and compliant with safety standards. Your role will involve direct leadership of site managers and employees, guiding them to achieve operational excellence.

You will collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to enhance the delivery experience for our customers. This includes working with marketing and PR to communicate the benefits of our drone delivery service effectively. You will also analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance efficiency and safety in our operations.

In this role, you will be a key player in driving innovation within the Prime Air team. You will stay informed about the latest advancements in drone technology and apply this knowledge to improve our delivery processes. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling operations to meet growing customer demands while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance.
