TouchBistro is seeking a Customer Training Specialist to guide restaurant teams through hands-on training for their POS system. You'll collaborate with Sales and internal teams to ensure successful customer launches and long-term success. This role requires experience in project management or customer success.
You have 2 or more years of experience in project management, onboarding, or customer success — you understand the importance of guiding customers through complex systems and ensuring they feel supported from day one. You stay organized and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment — your ability to prioritize tasks effectively is key to your success. You communicate confidently and explain complex concepts clearly — your strong interpersonal skills allow you to build rapport quickly with restaurant teams, including owners. You are focused on service excellence and understand how to drive product adoption and customer loyalty. You are proactive in identifying upsell opportunities and recommending the right solutions to meet customer needs.
In this role, you will partner closely with Sales to ensure smooth and successful customer launches — your primary responsibility will be to guide restaurant teams through hands-on training that helps them confidently use TouchBistro POS and Payments. You will project manage the implementation, configuration, and training of TouchBistro’s POS system for new customers, ensuring that they are set up for long-term success. You will build trust with restaurant operators by understanding their unique needs and collaborating with internal teams including Install, Product, Development, Sales, Support, and Customer Care to deliver timely implementations. You will deliver clear, comprehensive training on TouchBistro features and functionality, simplifying complex workflows to enhance user experience. Your role will also involve identifying and recommending upsell opportunities during implementation, supporting customers to help turn them into TouchBistro advocates.
