Dataiku is seeking a Global GTM Onboarding Program Manager to design and execute a comprehensive onboarding program for new GTM hires. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on program management skills.
You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in sales enablement or onboarding programs. You are a strategic thinker who can design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with business priorities. Your hands-on approach allows you to create engaging content and facilitate effective training sessions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams. You are detail-oriented and can define learning objectives and success metrics to measure the effectiveness of onboarding initiatives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about empowering new hires to succeed in their roles.
As the Global GTM Onboarding Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing and developing a scalable onboarding program for all new GTM hires, including Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineers. You will collaborate with GTM leadership to align the onboarding content with business strategies and priorities. Your role will involve defining learning objectives, creating curriculum, and establishing success metrics for the onboarding program. You will facilitate training sessions and ensure that new hires have the resources and support they need to excel in their roles.
