You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in marketing operations. You excel at collaborating with diverse teams, including marketing, product, engineering, and business leaders, to drive strategic initiatives. Your ability to assess risks and anticipate bottlenecks allows you to make informed tradeoffs that balance business needs with project goals. You are a proactive communicator, capable of presenting progress updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. You thrive in environments that require cross-functional collaboration and champion process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience with marketing technology tools and automation solutions is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and metrics will help you succeed in this role. You are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder relationships and can effectively surface risks early in the project lifecycle.
