You are an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual looking to start your career in the automotive industry. As a Lot Attendant, you understand the importance of maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles, ensuring they are ready for customer viewing and delivery. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. You possess a valid driver’s license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English. You are at least 18 years of age and ready to take on the responsibilities of this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting each vehicle for any mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns. You will wash and vacuum all inventory regularly, ensuring that every vehicle meets Carvana's high standards for cleanliness. You will complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, which includes checking fuel levels, safety features, and conducting drivability tests. Your attention to detail will help ensure that vehicles are displayed properly and are ready for customer delivery. You will coordinate with fellow employees to ensure timely deliveries, contributing to the overall efficiency of the Market Hub operations.
