You have a strong background in program management and business intelligence, with a focus on customer-centric planning. Your analytical capabilities allow you to derive insights from data that drive strategic decisions. You excel in operational process planning and have a keen attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the customer experience is optimized. You thrive in ambiguous environments and are comfortable taking ownership of projects, leading stakeholders to implement effective solutions. Your strategic thinking is complemented by a hands-on approach, allowing you to engage directly with front-line execution.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
