What you'll do

In your role as a Senior Automation Engineer at NICE, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation frameworks that support the Actimize cloud platform. You will work closely with the AI and Analytics Team to ensure that the automation processes are aligned with the overall goals of the platform, which aims to provide maximum accuracy for financial crime programs. Your day-to-day tasks will involve designing automation scripts, integrating various tools and technologies, and ensuring that the automation processes are scalable and efficient.

You will collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to identify areas where automation can improve workflows and reduce manual intervention. This includes analyzing existing processes, gathering requirements, and implementing solutions that enhance productivity. You will also be involved in testing and validating automation scripts to ensure they meet quality standards and function as intended.
