Flex is seeking an Associate Director for their Compliance Management System to define strategy and build scalable programs. This role requires deep regulatory expertise and operational savvy, with a focus on compliance frameworks.
You are an accomplished compliance leader with a strong background in regulatory frameworks and compliance management systems. With at least 5 years of experience in compliance roles, you have a proven track record of defining strategies and building scalable programs that meet regulatory requirements. You possess a deep understanding of the financial technology landscape and are adept at partnering with bank and regulatory stakeholders to ensure compliance. Your operational and technical savvy allows you to drive systems that enable responsible growth for the organization. You thrive in highly visible roles and are comfortable with enterprise-level autonomy, making decisions that set a new bar for quality and rigor in compliance.
Experience in the FinTech sector is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance management systems and regulatory requirements specific to financial services. You have a strong analytical mindset and are skilled at interpreting complex regulations to develop actionable compliance strategies. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is essential for success in this role.
In this role, you will serve as the principal-level owner of one or more core pillars of Flex’s Compliance Management System. You will define the compliance strategy and build scalable programs that align with the company's mission to empower renters. Your responsibilities will include partnering with bank and regulatory stakeholders to ensure that compliance frameworks not only meet expectations but also exceed them. You will drive the implementation of systems that allow Flex to grow responsibly and confidently, ensuring that compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business. You will lead initiatives to enhance the clarity and rigor of compliance processes, setting a new standard for quality within the organization. Your role will involve regular collaboration with various teams to ensure that compliance considerations are embedded in product development and operational processes.
