Amazon is seeking an Executive Assistant for AWS Region Services to support three directors in delivering the AWS Cloud's security and value. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
You are an exceptionally effective and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of supporting senior professionals. Your attention to detail is unparalleled, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can juggle multiple critical requests. You possess a high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information, ensuring professionalism in all interactions. You have the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance, reacting with appropriate urgency to situations that require immediate attention. You have experience managing busy executive calendars, coordinating complex projects, meetings, and events. Your planning skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage time effectively while quickly learning organizational structures and team objectives. You are flexible and can change direction at a moment's notice, working collaboratively in a team environment while building effective working relationships. A good sense of humor is essential, as you understand the importance of maintaining a positive atmosphere even under pressure.
Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with AWS services. You may also have a background in project management or operations, which would enhance your ability to support the directors effectively.
In this role, you will support three directors within AWS Region Services, playing a critical part in the organization’s mission to deliver the AWS Cloud's security and value to customers. You will manage executive calendars, ensuring that meetings and events are scheduled efficiently and that all necessary materials are prepared in advance. Your organizational skills will be put to the test as you coordinate complex projects, requiring you to liaise with various stakeholders and ensure that all parties are aligned.
You will be responsible for handling confidential information with discretion, maintaining professionalism in all communications. Your ability to react quickly to urgent requests will be crucial, as you will often need to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
