GTM Operations and Automation Manager

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in revenue operations, GTM engineering, or data analytics, and you understand how to leverage technology to solve business challenges. Your proficiency in Python and SQL is essential, as you will be building automation tools that directly impact sales efficiency. Experience with API integration is a must, and familiarity with the GTM Tech Stack, including Salesforce and Outreach, will set you apart. You are passionate about automation and have a knack for eliminating manual processes to streamline operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building GTM automation tools that enhance the efficiency of our sales team. You will focus on specific sales motions and develop solutions that significantly increase their impact. Your work will involve architecting a combination of Python notebooks, n8n workflows, and other tools to create effective automation solutions. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify pain points and design tools that address their needs.

You will also be tasked with analyzing data to inform your decisions and improve the tools you create. By leveraging your technical skills, you will ensure that the solutions you implement are not only effective but also scalable as the company grows. Your contributions will directly influence the productivity of the sales team and help drive the company's mission forward.
