You have extensive experience in revenue accounting operations, ideally with a focus on order management and accounts receivable. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures that all key data elements required for revenue accounting and billing are captured accurately. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can deliver results under tight deadlines, demonstrating your ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

You possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record of identifying areas for efficiency and automation improvement. Your collaborative nature allows you to partner cross-functionally with various teams, developing and maintaining best-in-class processes and controls that support seamless execution of billing and collections activities. You are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team.

Your analytical mindset enables you to assess complex situations and implement effective solutions. You are comfortable working with financial data and have a solid understanding of the customer billing cycle from deal close to cash collection. You are proactive in addressing challenges and are always looking for ways to enhance operational efficiency.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and be responsible for the customer billing cycle, ensuring that all processes from deal close to cash collection are executed flawlessly. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Revenue Accounting & Operations to develop strategies that enhance operational efficiency and improve the overall customer experience.

You will lead a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support as they navigate the complexities of billing and collections. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute ideas and solutions.

You will analyze current processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. By leveraging technology and best practices, you will help streamline operations and reduce the time spent on manual tasks, allowing your team to focus on higher-value activities.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with various departments, including sales and customer success, to ensure that all billing-related information is accurate and up-to-date. You will also play a vital role in developing and maintaining controls that support compliance with financial regulations.
