What you'll do

In this role, you will direct the strategy and operations of the IT Commercial Systems team, ensuring alignment with Veeva's mission and values. You will collaborate closely with the CFO and other executives to support the digital transformation strategy, enhancing the effectiveness of Sales, Marketing, and Services. Your responsibilities will include managing a diverse team of project managers, business systems analysts, developers, and systems administrators, guiding them in their day-to-day operations while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. You will also be responsible for setting performance metrics and ensuring that the team meets its goals, contributing to the overall success of Veeva's mission to bring therapies to patients faster.
