Relyance is seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical subject matter expert for their privacy and data governance platform. You'll engage with enterprise customers to address their data privacy challenges and demonstrate the platform's value. This role requires strong technical skills and experience in customer engagement.
You have a strong background in technical sales or solutions engineering, ideally with experience in data privacy and governance. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is exceptional, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can build relationships with key decision-makers. You are passionate about technology and have a keen interest in machine learning and its applications in data governance. You understand the importance of value selling and can effectively demonstrate how technology can solve real business problems.
Experience working with enterprise clients and understanding their unique data privacy challenges is a plus. Familiarity with privacy regulations and compliance standards will help you navigate customer conversations more effectively. You are comfortable conducting technical demonstrations and can adapt your approach based on the audience's technical proficiency. A background in software engineering or a related field will enhance your ability to engage with technical stakeholders.
In this role, you will lead architectural and solution design discussions, showcasing how Relyance AI's platform meets complex data privacy requirements. You will work closely with the sales team to drive the adoption of the platform among enterprise clients, ensuring that potential customers understand its unique value proposition. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical demonstrations, engaging with diverse customer stakeholders, and nurturing technical champions within prospect organizations. You will also collaborate with product teams to continuously deepen your understanding of the platform and its capabilities, ensuring you can effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
You will play a crucial role in the sales cycle, leveraging your technical expertise to support the sales team in closing deals. By building deep technical relationships with VPs of Engineering, IT, and Security leaders, you will help customers integrate Relyance AI's technology into their business environments seamlessly. Your ability to articulate the business impact of our solutions will be key to transforming prospects into advocates for Relyance AI.
Relyance AI fosters an inclusive environment for all employees, emphasizing fair and equitable compensation practices. The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are expected to be between $157,000 and $190,000, which includes a base salary and variable compensation. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a rapidly evolving field, contributing to the development of innovative solutions that address critical data privacy challenges.
