What you'll do

As a Solutions Architect at Stripe, you will be a key member of the account team, deeply involved in defining customer strategies and identifying new complex opportunities. Your role will involve architecting business models that drive monetization opportunities for both users and Stripe. You will work closely with sales, support, product management, and executive teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. Your consultative approach will help you build strong relationships with clients, allowing you to provide business and technical thought leadership.

Your ability to operate independently will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of each customer engagement. You will also be responsible for providing insights and feedback to internal teams to help shape product development and improve customer satisfaction.
