Celigo is seeking a Senior GTM Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to enhance their Go-To-Market systems ecosystem centered around Salesforce. You'll lead requirements discovery and process optimization, leveraging your Salesforce expertise. This role requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of GTM processes.
You have extensive experience in business systems analysis, particularly with Salesforce, and are comfortable navigating complex GTM processes. Your hands-on skills in Salesforce administration and configuration allow you to troubleshoot and enhance the platform effectively. You possess strong systems thinking and practical delivery instincts, enabling you to analyze and optimize lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-cash processes. Your curiosity about emerging AI tools drives you to explore innovative solutions that can accelerate analysis and operational insights. You are adept at producing business requirements, user stories, and process flows, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end requirements discovery and analysis for various GTM initiatives, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Revenue Operations teams. You will analyze and optimize key processes, producing detailed documentation that guides the implementation of solutions. Your responsibilities will include configuring Salesforce to support evolving business needs, debugging production issues, and enhancing user experiences. You will also be involved in solution design and validation, ensuring that all changes align with business objectives and user requirements. Your role will require you to whiteboard future-state GTM processes, translating high-level concepts into actionable plans that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
