What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring delivery compliance and ensuring that all orders meet the necessary safety standards. You will work closely with the Trust & Safety team to develop and implement policies related to food safety, temperature control, and the delivery of sensitive items such as alcohol and prescriptions. Your role will involve conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations. You will also be tasked with training and educating team members on compliance protocols and best practices. Collaborating with various departments, you will help to create a culture of safety and compliance within the organization.
