What you'll do

As an Enterprise Scientific Liaison at BenchSci, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with top Pharma scientists to understand their needs and challenges. You will leverage your scientific expertise to provide insights and recommendations that enhance their research capabilities. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Account Services & Delivery Team to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements. You will actively participate in transforming the BenchSci service model, ensuring it aligns with the latest advancements in scientific research. You will also engage in thought leadership activities, sharing your knowledge and insights with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to gather feedback and assess satisfaction, allowing you to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of services.
