Corelight is seeking a Lead Customer Success Operations Manager to enhance post-sales strategies and drive customer success metrics. You'll work at the intersection of data science and customer strategy to ensure customer adoption and satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in customer success operations.
You have a strong background in customer success operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights for both technical and executive audiences. Your experience includes defining and implementing KPIs that measure customer success and operational efficiency. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with technical teams to enhance customer experiences. You are passionate about cybersecurity and understand the critical role it plays in protecting sensitive networks. You are a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical telemetry and business insights, ensuring that customers not only adopt technology but also derive maximum value from it.
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with tools and technologies that enhance customer success operations. You may have worked with data visualization tools to create executive-level dashboards and reports. A background in data science or analytics would be beneficial, as would experience in leading cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will operationalize strategic metrics by defining, implementing, and maintaining a robust framework of KPIs that measure customer success efficiency and impact. You will lead the creation of executive-level operations reviews and dashboards, translating complex data into insights that drive decision-making. You will empower the Technical Account Management (TAM) and Customer Success (CS) teams to deliver world-class value to Corelight's strategic customers. Your work will directly influence the company's Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and enhance the ability to protect sensitive networks. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service delivery. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in customer success operations.
Corelight offers a competitive salary range of $145,000—$185,000 USD, depending on your location, skills, and experience. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on making the world safer from cyber threats.
