Axon is seeking a Senior Director of Commercial Operations to lead and optimize global sales transactions within the Quote-to-Cash cycle. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.
You have extensive experience in commercial operations, ideally with a focus on sales transactions and the Quote-to-Cash cycle. Your leadership skills enable you to drive process simplification and operational rigor, ensuring that your team delivers exceptional customer experiences. You are a trusted partner to various departments, including Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and Customer Success, and you understand the importance of a customer-centric mindset in achieving success. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to making a meaningful impact through your work.
Experience in a technology or software company is a plus, as is familiarity with deal governance and pricing execution. You have a proven track record of shaping customer experience standards and driving policy development. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and foster collaboration among diverse teams will set you apart in this role.
In this role, you will lead the global Deal Enablement and Quoting functions, ensuring that the sales process is efficient and effective. You will oversee the entire deal lifecycle, from contract negotiation to pricing execution, and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in shaping deal governance and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for empowering your team to excel in their roles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
