You are a motivated individual eager to join Amazon's AWS Infrastructure Services team. You have a foundational understanding of data center operations and are ready to assist in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events. Your attention to detail ensures that you can perform rack installations and decommissioning effectively, while also managing operational readings and facility management tasks. In this role, you will be involved in projects of moderate complexity, assisting in the troubleshooting of facility and rack-level events within established Service Level Agreements (SLA). You will perform essential tasks such as rack installations, decommissioning, and operational readings, ensuring that all work aligns with established practices and local legislation. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring the performance of maintenance and operations on all electrical and mechanical systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of AWS data centers. You will collaborate closely with engineers and specialists, providing insights and support to enhance operational effectiveness. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the infrastructure that supports AWS's global operations, ensuring that customers have continual access to the services they rely on.
