You are skilled in risk management and can navigate complex project scopes, ensuring that all phases from planning to execution are meticulously monitored. Your leadership style fosters trust and collaboration among team members, and you are adept at facilitating meetings and documenting project progress. You understand the importance of building relationships with stakeholders to drive project success and improve cost structures over the long term.

Desirable

Experience in logistics or fulfillment center operations is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory frameworks affecting construction projects in Japan. A background in engineering or architecture would enhance your ability to contribute to innovative building solutions.

What you'll do

As a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, you will oversee the planning and execution of new construction and renovation projects for fulfillment centers.
