What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.

Your role will involve growing your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management. You will perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings and building strong client relationships.

Each day will be different as you work within a wide variety of industries, allowing you to leverage your skills and creativity to meet the unique needs of each client. You will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge.

What we offer

The compensation structure includes a base salary along with uncapped commissions, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on your performance.

In your first year, you can expect on-target earnings between $90,000 and $100,000, with the potential to earn even more through monthly bonuses. In your second year, on-target earnings can increase to between $100,000 and $120,000, reflecting your growth and success in the role.
