What you'll do

As a Product Manager at Five9, you will own the product vision for our Engagement-focused Customer Data Platform. You will engage with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather insights and understand their data needs. Your role will involve defining and prioritizing product requirements, managing the product backlog, and leading the agile development process to ensure timely product launches. You will work closely with product managers, architects, and software engineers to deliver platform capabilities that meet user expectations. Regular meetings with customer-facing teams will help you collect and analyze user feedback, shaping new product ideas and requirements. You will implement usage tracking to analyze patterns and validate new feature requirements, ensuring that the product evolves in line with customer needs.
