What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of migration architects and consultants, ensuring that services are delivered effectively across our R&D customer base. You will be accountable for operational excellence and will act as a customer advocate, collaborating with various Veeva teams to meet customer needs. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive team culture and driving successful migration solutions. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth, ensuring that they have the resources and guidance needed to excel in their roles.
